Standard shipping is Free on all orders. We only ship to the continental United States.

Items purchased from Bluebush Bowtique will be shipped out within 1-2 days of your purchase providing there are no complications. Certain extenuating circumstances may cause delays, including difficulties with your credit card or problems with a supplier. Credit card authorization and verification must be received before your order can be processed. We will alert you to any issues that might be holding up your order. Once we are prepared to send out your product of choice we will determine the shipping carrier best suited to completing your order. Generally, the carrier who could potentially provide you with your product most efficiently will be chosen. One of following carriers may be selected USPS or UPS. Orders may arrive on any business day (Mon-Fri) provided it is not a holiday.

Return Policy
If you’re not happy with a product you’ve purchased for whatever reason, speak to us about potentially receiving a refund. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on most products. Simply return your product, either in person or through mail, including the original receipt or proof of sale. No refunds will be awarded without some satisfactory proof of sale. You may be asked to provide a valid reason as far as why the refund was requested. If approved, your refund will appear as a credit on the card you used at the time of purchase within five days. After 30 days has passed since the time of purchase refund requests will typically not be accepted, though there are exceptions. If you believe that you are still entitled to a refund, feel free to state your case with the knowledge that it will be carefully considered. Be sure to explain why your request was not made earlier. After 30 days all sales are regarded as final and refunds will only be granted under very special conditions.
Should you purchase a product or service which involves recurring charges, potentially as a result of a subscription or payment plan, and then choose to cancel those payments, that cancellation will occur at the beginning of your next payment period. If you have been regularly receiving a product or service as a result of these recurring payments you should not expect that trend to continue following your cancellation. This Website reserves the right to cancel any transactions made through their site in order to comply with legal requirements, payment processor or banking rules or credit card industry regulations. Should this event occur, any money sent out as a result of the transaction in question will be refunded to the user. We also may refund your funds as the result of a processing error, technical difficulties or a similar occurrence.
